Spelt is considered as prototype of wheat and was cultivated in Asia Minor already a thousand of years ago. After being almost replaced by its relative wheat throughout the 20th century, in the last recent years spelt and its benefits has been increasingly rediscovered.

With their slightly nutty taste, our whole wheat spelt fusilli will make a tasteful experience of your every pasta-based dish.
