Place 2 cups liquid for every 1 cup of oat bran for a fibre-rich porridge
Sprinkle on fresh fruit and yoghurt
Add to breakfast muffins recipes for a source of fibre
Add to smoothies for a boost in fibre

For hot oat bran cereal, combine 1 part oat bran with 2 parts liquid and cook over medium heat for 5 to 7 minutes, or until most of the liquid is absorbed or Sprinkle 1/4 cup (50 ml) of raw oat bran over your favourite morning cereal.
