Make whipping up flavoursome curries easy with our time saving Organic Curry Powder! Packed inside this blend is a choice selection of some of the finest spices ready ground and blended for your convenience. If you require an aromatic flavour with minimal heat, then this is the curry powder for you! This Soil Association certified blend consists of ground coriander, turmeric, fenugreek, mustard, salt, ginger, cumin, chilli, cloves, cassia and everyone’s favourite allspice.
To make a mildly spiced curry sauce, fry a chopped onion in a little oil, add 1-2 teaspoons of our Mild Curry Powder, a tin of tomatoes and water, bring to the boil and simmer, stir in cooked chicken, fish or vegetables and serve with basmati rice.

A pinch of curry powder can be added to egg and cheese dishes a long with sauces, salad dressings and soups.

Sprinkle a little over freshly made popcorn and potato crisps for a spicy savoury twist. Why not bring the flavours of India to the table by adding a little to a breadcrumb coating for chicken or fish?
